Despite the fact that the woolen coats were inspired by the military thematic and the jackets are perfectly tailored, what add the classy touch, the brand’s motorsport-related history still slips out in the garments’ design. Quilted knees on the fitting trousers come both in wool for the classy look and in leather for a bold one.

By the way it is the first pre-fall collection by the clothing brand Belstaff. Its chief creative officer Martin Cooper appreciates the brand’s outerwear manufacturing traditions, but was not “beholden to it”. So, the collection didn’t fail to include the few sophisticated coats with the urban feel. One is made from the beige wool and has the graphic leather inserts and was combined with the tie blouse and leather pants to play on the contrast of the masculinity and subtle feminine sensibility.
